Every Outlast piece starts as heavyweight cotton — enough weight that it holds its shape, drapes right, and doesn't feel disposable.

Each run is garment-washed after construction, not before, which is what gives the fabric that lived-in softness and slightly faded color from day one. It'll keep fading with wear — that's by design, not a flaw.

We build in small batches tied to each collaboration. Once a run sells out, that exact design doesn't come back, so the stitching, print placement, and fit get checked piece by piece rather than rushed through a mass line.
